About the Job
As an Inside Sales Specialist, your responsibilities will include qualifying, cultivating, and converting suspects/prospects to pipeline opportunities that will be turned over to the direct sales team and partners. Your success will depend on your ability to convey the features, advantages, and benefits of SecureAuth IEP to secure onsite or online meetings for highly qualified prospects. You will also be responsible for managing the proof of concept process during the sales cycle.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with direct sales team to determine essential strategic approaches for sales
- Develop and accomplish a region lead generation plan, meeting or exceeding monthly revenue goals and MBOs
- Outbound and inbound account management including coordinating the follow up on prospective lead opportunities within the territory
- Recognize customer business problems and drive/influence resources to address opportunities
- Clearly articulate SecureAuth solution value propositions based on business problem
- Identify decision makers in the targeted leads in order to start sales process
- Coordinate all aspects of POCs (proof of concept)
- Coordinate product demos for end-user customers as well as for partners
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners and key decision makers
- Coordinate the lead registration process for territory partners
- Assist in the creation of product, services, and maintenance quotes to partners and prospects
- Capture accurate and complete information in Salesforce.com
- Attend sales meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts, reporting on market situation
- Participate in trade shows and conferences to develop industry expertise and to build network
Preferred Qualifications

Enterprise Post-Sales Software Implementation Specialist
Job Description
Deploy SecureAuth in enterprise environments
Scope out entire project including:
- Data Connectivity for both membership and profile information
- High Availability Data Environments, including multi-domain, multi-continent Active Directory installations
- Varied Operating System and Application Specifications
- Multi-Tiered Web Applications
Engineer should be able to collate user data and application requirements from multiple customer contacts and design an integrated solution. The specialist should then be capable of dialoguing the devised plan, internally and externally before implementation.
Implementation will be the key component of the job description.
The engineer must be versed in various operating and application environments. (See below). Integration knowledge must include ability to configure operating system, web server and application interfaces during the integration phase. The engineer also must be able to both code and compile modifications necessary in the installation phase. The coding will not be the key task of the assignments, but an ability to identify where code changes will be necessary and to be able to code and compile changes may be required.
Engineer must be able to work with the enterprise to dialogue specific custom changes that are out of scope of the integration project. Engineer must be able to articulate exact coding specifications and requirements for successful integration of the project.

Job Description
Assist the Regional Account Manager and other corporate personnel in locating, developing and closing new customers
The SecureAuth Sale Field Engineer position includes but is not limited to:
- Presentation of the SecureAuth solution to customers in both on-line and in-person presentations
- Presentation/discussion of SecureAuth as related to the customer’s environment, including:
- Network Deployments
- Web Deployments
- SaaS Deployments
- Preparation of presentation materials including:
- Summary Sheets
- Power Points
- Demos
- Scoping, Installation and management of deployments, in the following modes:
- P.O.C’s (Proof of Concept)
- NFRs (Not For Resale) installation for partners
- Certifications
- Customer deployments
- Writing, Editing, Maintenance of following documentation:
- Product Documentation
- Installation Documentation
- RFPs and other customer request
- On going support of product and customers:
- Responding to technical questions during pre-sales encounters
- Addressing feature request during P.O.C.s and pre-purchase deployments
- Managing technical questions on post-sales deployments and upgrades
In addition, the pre-sales engineer is a position of personal interaction. The SE is responsible for maintaining professional and productive relationships with:
- Other Field Engineers
- Assigned Sales Partner

RSE’s are required to meet other non-revenue generating standards, including but not limited to the following:

- Stated competencies in the following disciplines:

In addition, because the position is customer facing, in both pre and post sales roles, the RSE agrees the position requires:
